Pipework Insulation and Cladding
This project involved prefoiling pipework with pure aluminum foil to prevent stress crack corrosion, followed by insulating with 30mm rockwool for enhanced thermal efficiency. The pipework was then clad with stainless steel, ensuring a durable, hygienic finish suitable for the demanding conditions of a food manufacturing facility. The combination of aluminum foil, rockwool insulation, and stainless steel cladding provides optimal temperature control, energy efficiency, and safeguards the pipework against corrosion, while adhering to industry standards for safety and cleanliness.
